KLE - Mid-Year Review For The First Half Of 2025 Combined With Team Building In Ben Tre

Marking an important milestone, the Mid-Year Review 2025 was held in Ben Tre with a two days, one night program that combined business evaluation and team building – a time to reflect on the journey traveled and renew energy for the path ahead.

Mid-Year Performance Review – Charting the Course Forward

The mid-year review meeting was held at KLE’s Ho Chi Minh City office, with the participation of representatives from departments and offices across the country. This meeting provided an opportunity for the KLE team to review operational results in the first half of 2025, acknowledge the achievements attained, and discuss the difficulties encountered by individuals as well as departments during work implementation.

Based on this, the company unified its orientation and set goals for the last six months of the year, aiming toward more effective and sustainable development.

Ben Tre Team Building – Connecting for Development

After the review meeting concluded, all KLE employees traveled together to Ben Tre to participate in the 2 days, 1 night team building program. The program provided moments of relaxation and mental refreshment after a period of highly focused work.

The team building activities were not only entertaining but also created conditions for company members to interact, understand one another better, and coordinate more effectively.

The program was not merely a leisure trip but also demonstrated the Management Board’s care for employees’ spiritual well-being. This is one of KLE’s annual activities contributing to the development of a cohesive, positive, and sustainable corporate culture.
