Project Scope
The AFC Project covers the provision of design, modification, site installation, and performance testing for the AFC system, aiming to enhance operational reliability, control accuracy, and overall efficiency of the fan systems within the refinery.
KLE’s scope of work included:
- Engineering review and technical solution development
- Site modification and installation activities
- Supervision, alignment, and system integration
- Performance testing and on-site commissioning support
- Data recording, monitoring, and validation in coordination with the Client
Project Challenges
The project was executed under highly demanding industrial conditions, including:
- Continuous operation requirements at an operating refinery
- Strict safety, health, and environmental (HSE) standards
