John Crane Product Training Program – Advancing Technical Capabilities of KLE Personnel

On January 28, 2026, at its headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Linh Equipment & Engineering JSC (KLE) organized an internal training program on John Crane product lines for all KLE employees.
The program KLE’s regular training initiatives and plays a key role in the company’s human resource development strategy. Through continuous updates of specialized technical knowledge and the standardization of technical competencies, KLE aims to strengthen its team’s capability in consulting, selecting, and implementing solutions aligned with actual operating conditions. As customer technical requirements become increasingly demanding, systematic investment in internal training provides a solid foundation for KLE to maintain service quality and deliver sustainable long-term value.
The training content focused on the introduction and technical updates of Mechanical Seal (Wet Seal) product lines currently supplied by John Crane, including commonly used seal types, newly developed designs, and advancements in material technology. As a result, participants gained a more comprehensive understanding of sealing solution development trends, as well as the application performance of each seal type for industrial rotating equipment such as pumps and compressors—critical assets in the chemical, oil & gas, energy, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Another key component of the program was the update and guidance on the operating principles of Wet Seal auxiliary systems in accordance with API Plan standards. Detailed explanations were provided on API Plan classifications, system configurations, and the functions of individual components, enabling employees to better understand the role of auxiliary systems in ensuring equipment reliability and operational safety.
Beyond theoretical instruction, the program also incorporated hands-on practice sessions, allowing participants to apply newly acquired knowledge in real-world scenarios. These activities helped reinforce understanding of technical procedures, quality control criteria, and compliance requirements during seal installation and maintenance processes.
At the conclusion of the training session, KLE conducted a knowledge assessment to help participants consolidate the key concepts covered. Employees who achieved outstanding results were recognized and awarded, as a meaningful acknowledgment of their learning commitment, proactive attitude, and strong technical comprehension.
Through this Mechanical Seal (Wet Seal) training program, KLE not only reinforced the technical foundation of its team but also contributed to fostering a positive working environment that encourages continuous learning and personal development.
