KLE - Advanced Training on Integrated Cooling Tower Solutions with INNOVEK ASIA
January 2026
In industrial plants, Cooling Towers play a critical role in maintaining thermal stability throughout the entire production line. Inefficient Cooling Tower operation not only compromises heat transfer efficiency, but also results in increased power consumption and heightened operational risks over time.
Within the framework of its Training & Development Program, KLE collaborated with INNOVEK ASIA to conduct an advanced technical training session introducing integrated Cooling Tower solutions (One Stop Service). The program aimed to provide a comprehensive perspective on assessment approaches, retrofit strategies, and Cooling Tower performance optimization based on the actual operating conditions of each plant.
The training session highlighted INNOVEK’s technical capabilities as a highly experienced provider of Cooling Tower design, EPC execution, upgrades, and retrofitting services for heavy industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, power generation, cement, steel, and HVAC. INNOVEK has successfully delivered numerous large-scale projects in Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt, and across Asia, serving major industrial corporations and international EPC contractors.
Key technical solutions presented by INNOVEK during the training included:
- Design and replacement of fill packs tailored to specific operating conditions, enhancing heat transfer efficiency while minimizing pressure drop (trickle fill, offset flute, splash fill).
- Implementation of side-stream filtration systems for TSS control
- Upgrade of water distribution nozzle systems to eliminate inefficient distribution areas (dead zones).
- Gearbox overhaul in full compliance with manufacturer standards and recommendations, ensuring reliable continuous operation.
- Tandem Fan solutions delivering a 15–20% reduction in power consumption.
Performance Commitment – The Core Value of the Solution
Beyond equipment supply, INNOVEK emphasizes its commitment to Cooling Tower performance through measurement and verification in accordance with CTI-ATC standards. Based on verified performance data, flexible cooperation models such as No Cure – No Pay or energy-saving benefit-sharing schemes are implemented, enabling customers to mitigate investment risks while ensuring that retrofit effectiveness is validated by actual operating data.
Through this training program, KLE not only strengthened the technical competence of its team, but also progressively established a solid foundation to partner with customers in Cooling Tower retrofit, restoration, and performance optimization—aiming for stable operation and long-term economic value.
