JOB DESCRIPTION

                                                                         

Position: Project Sales Engineer

Report to: Manager, Project Sales & Management

Working Location: HCMC and travelling based on working’s recommendation

 

DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Establish relationships with potential customers and get enquires for assigned products.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with assigned existing customers.
  • Creat strong network toward the industry to all different partners such as end-user, contractor, consultant, principals, etc. Regular travelling & visiting to expand network is a mandatory.
  • Work directly and build good relationships with Principals.
  • Do market research for assigned Principals’s products.
  • Analyze principals’s and competitors’s information with customer’s requirements, and suggest sales strategy to Line manager for quotation and bidding.
  • Assisting Line Manager to develop business in assigned segments in line with Company & Principal’s development plan, and proactively lead all sales activities in the segments assigned.
  • Make Sales Plan and Strategy monthly/quarterly/yearly and keep it on track or better.
  • Timely report to Line Manager, in line with company reporting requirement, and attend regular meetings when required.
  • Check biding documents (RFQ, ITB) and coordinate with sales support team, other teams to prepare and review technical & commercial parts of bid proposal & quotation.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet all parties’s needs.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant parties to formulate the most competitive solution or to ensure the most satisfactory contract execution, minimizing cost impact or penalty.
  • Do other tasks assigned by Company.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Age: 26 – 32, Gender: Male (preferred)
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering is prerequisite. Mechanical / Automation / Petroleum / Chemical / Electrical / Materials Engineering majors are strongly preferred.
  • At least 02 years experience, and nearly 01 year in sales / project management experience with high-tech equipment. Having knowledge of pump, mechanical seal or rotating equipment, control valves is preferred.
  • Preferred previous works in the following industries: Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical.
  • Experience in preparing tender documents and proposal for equipment package.
  • Fluent English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
